Jagannathan Poonkuzhali is a highly accomplished international educator and academic leader with over 35 years of experience in teaching and curriculum development across Asia, including China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Bhutan, and India. With a strong academic foundation spanning Mathematics, Physics, Medical Sociology, Education, and Women’s Studies (PhD), she brings a rare interdisciplinary perspective to secondary and pre-university education. She specializes in delivering high-quality instruction in Mathematics, Physics, and Social Sciences across globally recognized curricula such as IB (MYP & DP), AP, and CAIE. Her teaching approach integrates conceptual rigor with real-world application, enabling students to develop strong analytical, research, and critical thinking skills. Throughout her career, she has held key leadership roles including Assistant Director of Academic Affairs, AP Coordinator, Founding Dean of Academics, and Department Head of Sciences. She has been instrumental in designing and implementing innovative academic programs, including curriculum frameworks that align Chinese national standards with international university entry requirements. Her leadership has been pivotal in establishing interdisciplinary programs, mentoring faculty, and driving institutional accreditation processes. An expert in research-based and inquiry-driven learning, she has guided numerous capstone and independent research projects at senior secondary level, often equivalent to first-year university standards. Her work in sociology and women’s studies, particularly her doctoral research on adolescent girls’ well-being, reflects her commitment to holistic education and student development. Poonkuzhali is also recognized for her contributions to international education through awards such as “Best Teacher of the Year” (Shenzhen) and commendation from the Ministry of Education, Bhutan.

Alagappan PL is a consultant with a multidisciplinary background in Information Technology and Law (LLB), enabling him to provide well-rounded guidance to students and professionals. His experience spans technical training, cloud technologies, and career mentoring, with a strong focus on aligning education with real-world industry requirements. With hands-on expertise in areas such as Cloud technologies and IT skill development, he guides learners toward career paths that are both practical and future-ready. His legal education further strengthens his approach by adding structured thinking, analytical skills, and awareness of regulatory and professional frameworks—especially valuable for students exploring diverse career options. He is deeply passionate about mentoring students, helping them make informed academic and career decisions, and supporting their transition from education to employment. Mr. Alagappan's goal is to empower individuals with clarity, confidence, and the right skill set to succeed in today’s competitive environment.
